Leveling Control of Hillside Tractor Body Based on Fuzzy Sliding Mode Variable Structure

To address the issues that arise when auto-leveling vehicle body of a hillside tractor under complex working conditions, an control system was developed based on newly and four-point leveling mechanism. In this approach, accuracy stability were improved by adopting sliding mode variable structure algorithm fuzzy switching gain adjustment to achieve real-time dynamic control. obtain curves front rear axle displacement, speed, flow, pressure tilting angle during process, AMEsim/Simulink co-simulation used simulate analyze system. The simulation results revealed achieves good effect conditions in hilly mountainous areas; can remain within ±2° range process return 0° after leveling, demonstrating stability. further assess algorithm, model submitted live-testing custom-built test bench. Comparison close agreement between two, indicating self-leveling study have high accuracies. reported paper could provide assistance with or reference obtaining solutions problems areas.
